What are the income and credit qualifications?
Applicants must meet or exceed 3x the monthly rental rate and have an excellent credit history.
What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
The four (4) most recent paycheck stubs or earnings statements or copy of offer letter for new employment. All applicants in the United States on a VISA must provide a copy of the Certification of Eligibility, which is completed upon arrival in the United States.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
The security deposit will be refunded within 30-days after the move-out as long as the apartment is left in a clean condition with no damages.
If I get a job transfer can I break the lease?
Yes. A 60-day move-out notice is required, accompanied with a termination fee.
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes. You will have the option to convert to a month-to-month lease agreement after your initial lease agreement expires. If you choose the month-to-month option, you shall pay the market rent for your apartment at such time as we specify, plus a month-to-month premium. A written, thirty (30) days move-out notice is required prior to your move-out date with month-to-month leases.
What utilities are included in my lease?

Am I required to have renters insurance?

Yes. Corporate a-la-carte options will include your monthly furniture and accessories package, gas heat, and electric, cable and internet services.
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
All maintenance requests are called into the leasing office or submitted online at the resident portal on our website.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the first of the month.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
The 11th of the month
Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Yes. There is a night drop-box located outside of the leasing office. You may also pay your rent online at our website.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while. Is that permitted by the lease?
Yes, up to two weeks.
Do you have reserved parking?
Yes. The first 3 levels of the parking garage are reserved for resident parking.
I have a motorcycle. Where can I park it?
In one of the designated parking spaces
My children live with me in the summer. Do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
No. Satellite dishes and antennas are not permitted.
